OSP Detectives Arrest Portland Man on Sex Abuse Allegations (Photo) - 07/25/11
A near-two month investigation by Oregon State Police (OSP) Criminal Investigations Division detectives, with the assistance of Clackamas County District Attorney's Office and Deschutes County Sheriff's Office, led to the arrest Friday of a Portland-area man on allegations he sexually abused a juvenile age girl.

According to OSP Sergeant Chris Seber, on July 22, 2011, OSP detectives, with the help of Portland Police Bureau, arrested CHRISTOPHER SCOTT ANDERSEN, age 40, during a traffic stop on the following charges:

* Rape in the First Degree (2 counts)
* Sodomy in the First Degree (2 counts)
* Unlawful Sexual Penetration in the First Degree (2 counts)
* Sex Abuse in the First Degree (2 counts)

The initial investigation started with the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office and was forwarded to OSP detectives. ANDERSEN moved back to southeast Portland after living in the central Oregon area for over a year. OSP detectives from the Bend and Portland offices jointly investigated the allegations that ANDERSEN sexually abused the known victim who is under the age of 10.

ANDERSEN was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail.

Camp

My girlfriend is at camp and I'm going out of my mind waiting for her to get back, we live two states apart and calling and txting her takes up all of my day and now I have nothing to do. The days are dragging on and on. I can't wait till she gets back and I have the money to take a trip to Oregon to see her again, I miss my beautiful green state as much as i miss my baby, arizona is so hot and barren compared to the forests I grew up in. In April I get to go live with my gf and her family, I can't wait to never have to live in this giant litter box again it will be so cool to get out of here.
